Job Description

Our client is  looking for an HR  manage all functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to  there employees.

Key responsibilities includes:

  • Meeting client needs
  • Managing internal processes to ensure effective delivery
  • Managing operational budgets,
  • Implementing new company policies
  • Maintaining internal HR systems.
  • Set objectives for the HR and operations team and track progress
  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases
  • Review and approve or modify budgets
  • Design and implement company policies
  • Monitor key HR metrics
  • Act as a consultant to clients regarding HR processes, policies and procedures
  • Create detailed reports on HR costs
  • Performance management for the entire team
  • Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)

Requirements

  • To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Human Resources Management along with relevant work experience in a senior-level position
  • Proven work experience in HR management preferably within a consulting firm
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Team management skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle concurrent high intensity projects from clients.
